Borrow items from another library

Truxal Library can borrow books and obtain copies of articles from other libraries for your use. This service is called Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and is usually free of charge. AACC students, faculty and staff use their AACC login details to access our new ILL portal. Community users should contact the ILL office at to get an account set up in our new ILL portal.

After you submit your ILL request, allow 10 business days for the materials to arrive. The library will contact you to pick up your materials. Articles sometimes are received in electronic form and can be emailed to you. Circulation periods for books borrowed from other libraries are determined by the lending library.

For assistance, contact the Interlibrary Loan Office at or 410-777-2536.
